1. Service
JobFollow is an early-access web application for managing customers, quotes, follow-ups, AI-assisted message drafting, email sending, and quote status.
2. Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the security of your credentials, and activity performed through your account.
3. Your customer data
You remain responsible for the customer information, quote data, and message content you enter or send through JobFollow, including compliance with applicable privacy, marketing, and communication laws.
4. AI-assisted content
AI-generated follow-up text is provided as assistance. You should review generated messages before sending them. JobFollow does not guarantee that generated content is error-free or appropriate for every situation.
5. Email sending
JobFollow sends an email only after you choose to send and confirm it. You are responsible for ensuring you are permitted to contact the recipient.
6. Early-access availability
During early access, features may change, be improved, or temporarily become unavailable. The service is provided on an as-available basis.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use JobFollow for unlawful activity, spam, abusive messaging, unauthorized access, or attempts to interfere with the service or other accounts.
8. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JobFollow is not responsible for indirect business losses, missed opportunities, or decisions made solely from generated content.
9. Changes and termination
These terms may be updated as the product develops. Access may be suspended for misuse or material violation of these terms.
