Depending on how you use JobFollow, the service may process account information, company profile details, customer names and contact details, quote information, follow-up dates, generated message content, and email delivery history.
3. Why we process information
Information is processed to provide authentication, save your business workflow, generate follow-up messages when requested, send emails you confirm, and show your quote and follow-up history.
4. Service providers
JobFollow uses third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, authentication, database services, email delivery, and AI-assisted message generation. These providers process data only as needed to provide those functions.
5. Account separation
JobFollow is designed so signed-in users access data associated with their own account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
6. Customer data
If you enter information about your own customers, you are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis to store and use that information and to contact those customers.

Data is retained while needed to provide the service and operate the account. Early-access users may request account or data deletion through JobFollow support.
